Medusa all the way. They do get quite large in the aquarium and although reef safe can emit toxins if stressed or injured. Their skin has sticky cells that allow it to stick to any surface. They help keep things clean and are particulate feeders that dont require supplement feeding. These worms should not be kept with anything that may harm them.
