Strange worm on my candy canes

Hello reefers!
My name is Adrian and this is my first post already with a question as I am very new to reefing.
Yesterday I Discovery a wormy looking thing on my candy canes.
It didn‘t move or anything, it just sits there just the polyps.
I also took a picture of it. Hope you can see something there.
I hope you can help me and it is nothing to worry about.

Unfortunately, I can't make it out well enough to help identify it. I'd say its possibly a vermetid snail but far from certain. If you poke it with something is it soft or hard?

It was very hard when I touched it with the tweezers and there was a hole which when I poked insinde it, something inside moved.
I think you are right about the vermetid snail. Tomorrow I will go to my LFS and get some superglue to close the hole. Maybe that will help.
