Strange Worms

I found these tiny red and green worms. Curious as to what they are, don’t think they are hurting anything but curious nonetheless less.

Photosynthetic flatworms?

I have thousands of these little guys popping up out of the sand bed throughout my aquarium. They react to stimuli, and crawl around. Half of them is green and sticks above the same and the other half stay is buried. I’ve never seen them before, any ideas?

Ya just like those. I just dosed interceptor to kill some coral eating amphipods so we will see if they live too lol
