Strawberry crab and unopened nem

Good morning,
New to R2R and to the hobby.
My tank has been established for just over 5 months and yesterday I had put in my first corals and nems. I have a strawberry crab with black tips and I was told to keep a really good I on him because he is not reef safe and can’t be trusted. Anyone have any advice for me . Also everybody who went into the tank yesterday was pretty happy and settled in quite quickly except for one rock flower. It stayed unattached, closed, and didn’t move. Was wondering how long before I should be concerned?

My strawberry crab is doing great, doesn’t bother anyone, my sexy shrimp killed my baby rock flower and was working on my black widow nem so it had to go, I’ve got quite a few more corals and I’m getting ready to set up my 75G. Everything is going really well
