Sorry about the acro, but as others have said sometimes they just go south for no other reason. If you had a bunch of them (bleach out) I’d be a lot more concerned. Yet, I would watch the tank very closely for any other changes. I had one sps go bad, then another and another. I was able to stop the bleeding, but still lost some.
I would not change your lights for anything right now. Going to radions or kessils will not do you any good. Remember these are living critters, so they have adapted to your lights. (As simple critters as they are), changing lights could kill all of them. Making changes or lots of changes suddenly will be bad.
You could always turn your skimmer off for a few days to let things build back up. Another idea is that you could feed a little more also. (If you do shut the skimmer off, place an air stone or make sure you have surface agitation for oxygenation). Another thing to consider, which is how I lost mine is flow. Now we need lots of flow, just make sure it’s not directly on them. I lost a few sps because my wavemakers were tooo strong.
I hope you get another one, and it fairs better for you. If so try and find one that is tank grown, and not ocean grown. The ones raised in the ocean are far more sensitive to small changes.

ive been overfeeding for the past week and nitrates are still so low, haha! might have to turn skimmer off but my fuge is whats taking all the nitrate down. the flow thing though i might actually look at, never really thought about it as being too strong, but i think you may be right
EDIT: Now that i think of it, it cant be flow. I think it just went south, because right beside it is a monti and its doing great.

79 temperature is a little high, IMO acroporas do better around 77 - 78 degrees. Nitrate and phosphate looks good.
This Coral is completely dead no tissue at all. You need to have stable parameters and temperature, there many other things that can kill an acro, like fish that nip and feed on corals and coral pest like acropora eating flatworms.

I had been keeping mine 82 and during the summer would get to 85 never a problem.
yeah the temperature going outside of the range mentioned of 77-78 is less likely the issue. As mentioned, as long as your temps are stable. This is the KEY word here, "STABLE". If your tank strays 1-2 degrees it isn't going to cause you grief, as others have stated, in the summer months your tank tends to run higher anyway.
This is the thing about Acros, you can sneeze and you might see RTN/STN. Keep in mind, that just because a monti is right next to an acro. This doesn't mean it is sitting in the right place or has what it needs. Even though they are an SPS, Acros are way more delicate than a monti.
Can you show us a FTS, to get a better representation of where the frag is located when compared to your pumps and lights?
