Hi All,

I purchased two new fish(7/24/20), a yellow tang and bristle tooth tang. I currently have them In QT. Upon bringing them home I noticed the tomini tang was very pale in color and both tangs would not eat. I have finally got the yellow tang to eat but the tomini is still pale and not eating. I am not sure if I am still dealing with stress or a disease. I will include a couple of pictures to see if you can determine anything. It was difficult to get pictures as he likes to hide most of the time.

Also, the tomini has been twitching and swimming erratically occasionally.
Thank you!

Twitching is usually a sign of flukes. I would give him a freshwater bath to insure flukes are not present. Here is a guide to help you with the freshwater dip!

Twitching is very minimal. However, I thought it might be flukes as well. I can try the FW dip when I get home today.

I came home for lunch and did a FW dip. I did not notice any flukes coming off as pictured in the “how to” thread you provided. Any ideas?
