I'm leaning towards ich as well. But like said before me, better picture is needed

I would be very surprised if that was not Marine Ich, and a bad case of it. Some better images would confirm it.

As previously stated, better pictures would help, but I'm also betting on Ick. A fresh water dip followed by QT is needed in that case. Treatment in QT includes CP and copper.

I too believe ich. They look three dimensional from the pics. Stress spots are two dimensional just different coloration of the skin. Better pics would make ID easier.

I'm thinking ich, QT all fish and treat with cupramine. I'm not a big fan of fresh water dip's, especially when fish are weak and stressed.

The dip can buy time until the copper can be brought up to therapeutic levels by clearing some of the parasites out of the gills of the fish. If a fish dies in a 5 min dip, it's because it was past saving anyway.

You sure know your stuff!

Thanks! I try. I'm like a fishy Med. Student and humblefish is the doctor teaching the class. lol I'm learning as I go. :)
Ha, I have a while to go, I have a buddy who has this gigantic frag setup and who is a marine biologist as well, so I've become his new apprentice lol. But can always learn from other people, will be following you if that's alright.
