need help. My chiller pump is a reeflow marlin and the seal was leaking so I decided to replace it. As I was taking the old one out I noticed that the company had put some silicone around the metal part that fits in the value so I figured I'll do the same. Used very small amount of aquarium silicone around the metal seal as the factory had on the original. Also I glued the impeller cause it separated and used the same glue I use for corals. After I turned the pump back on 8 of my wrasses dissapeared, they are not dead cause some off them I see them hiding and not coming out. Noticed that there are a lot of bubbles on live rock and underside of my sps corals wondering if any one had any experience like this. Don't know why all of this, is it the silicone, is it the impeller creating bubbles, altough don't see any coming out of the supply. For sure my fish are not happy due to something connected to what I did. Any input is very appreciated.

That's weird... As I'm sure you are aware, running activated carbon is wise if you suspect contamination. Good luck!
