Strings coming out of zoas?

Any idea what these long, brown strings are coming out of my Devils Armor zoas? They have not been opening fully for the last week or so.

They are likely expelling zooxanthellae. Corals typically do this when acclimating to light and nothing to worry about.

Thanks. I have had them for a couple of months. I have several zoas and never seen them do this. Had me a little worried. I appreciate the quick response
