Yes, that's a perfectly normal response when it's feeding, if you don't like the look of them, which I personally don't, bubble scrubbing removes them from the coral without harming them.
 
Not a feeding response. Those are mesenterial filaments, basically coral guts. They send these out when irritated. Theres many different reasons this could happen, but most corals will release this from time to time. Not anything serious that I would worry about unless it gets worse and the coral starts to look unhappy.

Yep, mesenterial filaments. Something irritated the coral. Just keep an eye on it make sure it eventually retracts them/doesnt spread.
