Look at video; got this stringy looking stuff clinging to rocks and everything else. Any ideas what it is and what I can do about it?

phosohates - .04
Nitrates - 20
Salinity - 35
Temp - 79
Ph - 7.9-8.1
Ca - 400
Alk - 9.5

Tank is approx 6 months old. I do run carbon and GFO. Dose phyto. Used to dose NoPox but stopped once I got my GFO running. Tank is mostly LPS (torch corals, blasto, zoas, stuff like that)

Been using the first lighting schedule, built in ReeFi setting for LPS, but it just feels like it’s too low. I’d rather use the SPS setting, the corals seem to like it better but I’m afraid my tank would explode in algae. Any ideas?

Hydroids??? Stringy stuff appears to be a bacteria. Blow it loose with a turkey baster and either net or siphon up the loose matter.
Check nitrate and phosphate for elevated levels and reduce white light intensity and increase water flow a little.
Add 1ml of liquid bacteria per 10 gallons during the day and 1ml of hydrogen peroxide per 10 gals at night.
