Stringy poop from Regal

Hello reefers. My Regal has been in observation tank for about a week. I'm currently feeding him Mysis soaked with focus, GC, selecon, and garlic. Is this normal or do I have to treat him for something?

How long have you been feeding medicated food?

Sometimes it can take up to 3 weeks to erradicate intestinal worms/parasites.

1 week. Should I continue for another 2 weeks? I have several fish coming out of QT and was going into this tank. Will they be okay to put in with the regal?
