Stringy poop of parisites?

So im assuming this is the stringy poop of parisites?

Stringy poop is ok; "white + stringy" is not ok and often a symptom of internal parasites.

It was like clear into white into red... However i ran out of frozen so this past week has been heavier on the pellets which are red so im hoping the red is more or less from the pellets but the poop was white but not all white

Should i go ahead and just soak some metroplex? To be on the safe side or wait a few days to see if it countinues?
