Stringy poop

Never seen this on my anthias and his poop used to be like a pellet. Is this an internal parasite
Treating with copper at the moment

It had a beige color to it. This is the first time I've seen this.

It's only a disease problem (internal parasites) if the poop is white. Brown poop is usually just indicative of intestinal irritation.
