Stringy white poop

Hello,

I posted about this fish last night but I’m noticing a new symptom! Looks like stringy poop from my sailfin, I fed general cure soaked Mysis for 15 days, is there something else that could be causing this? Stress? I’m now dosing water column with general cure, will prazi pro in water column help with internal parasites? Should I feed GC soaked food again!? He ate Mysis but wasn’t a big fan, he’s nailing flakes now maybe I should soak those in GC?
Pics are difficult of course.

I already treated with GC soaked goods for 15 days, I think I’m just going to do another course of medicated foods

Is it possible to overdose a fish through the GC soaked food? Can I treat the water column and the food at the same time?

The tang is fat! And eating well, I’m also gonna monitor his next few BMs and see what’s up he just smacked a bunch of flake food I bound with GC!

Treat directly to the gut by feeding GC works better for internal parasites; treating the water with GC works great for external parasites (flukes) and through ingestion will treat internal parasites, but not as thoroughly as direct feeding. I'd give the fish another round of direct feeding, observe and then re-evaluate. If you add a pinch of epsom salts to the food/GC mix it will help clear out the dead worms.

Is it possible to OD fish using the focus to bind to food with any of these meds? I never see recommended amounts?

have you used it in DT with corals?

I have used it in a dt full of corals many times. but only as an oral treatment mixed with food, metro and focus. Go light on the liquids in the mixture, drier is better. Run carbon in the system to bind any meds that do make it to the water column.
