have a 60 inch ATI sunpower 8 bulb over my 180 72” fish only tank. Looking for a 60” strip to attach to the sunpower that will really pull the color out on my fish. Appreciate any suggestions. Currently have a 36” reef bright ( outmoded) laying on top of tank lids. Want to get something hung soon.
Thank you,
Jim

I use a sbreef actinic sbar and really like the color...especially when it's on by itself in the morning and evening.

Orphek

I run an orphek OR120 UV bar and does great for color pop. Don't know that they make a 60 though

Thanks for the suggestion. You get good color pop and shimmer with it?

Yes the color it brings out is excellent. I run 5 T5s along with it so the shimmer is minimal but still noticeable even with all T5s running. I plan on getting a 2nd one one day in lieu of a T5 to get more pop/shimmer. Wish I had some pics handy to help.

I have the same ATI over my 240.
I previously had Radions and after a few months realized I missed the color the leds brought out.
I went with the Reef Brite XHO 60".
It helped alot so I bought a second one a few months later.

Orphek OR2 bars are nice. I have the 24" blue plus and just ordered two more. They definitely make your corals pop. It's a mix of blue and uv diodes. I'm running them with two Kessil ap700's (which pop themselves), but the Orphek's have a little more pop.
