Which is the safest fastest working frag glue someone can recommend

I've tried a bunch; I like this version of super glue available at Home Depot and use it regularly. Make sure you get the gel. Their tip design also very rarely clogs which allows you to make use of the whole bottle.

I use this too. Never have any issues. I try and let it cure out of the water for about 30 seconds, and then put it in place, and hold it for another 30 seconds.

Only thing to watch for is hermits sometiems try and flock to the area, and then get stuck in the super glue.

The chemicals in it wont hurt the fish right?

Make sure you use cyanoacrylate glue. It is reef safe and very strong. The thicker the better. I have always used a reef safe epoxy like Aquasstik and glued the coral to the epoxy then glued the epoxy to the rock or frag plug. It holds much better than just glue.

I do the same - MUCH better results. Roll a little ball of epoxy, glue the frag onto the epoxy ball out of the tank, put another drop of glue on the bottom of the epoxy, then push the epoxy ball/frag onto the rock. Easy-peasy.
