How hard can I safely lean on <let's say, a rsr 250> front glass pane, before the seams break or the front panel does. I find myself lately very hesitant to put pressure on the glass panes of my aquariums, whether it be my arm resting or maybe a 5 gal bucket while adding new water back in, thanks

There is a ton of pressure pushing on the glass from the water. Pushing on the other side would actually temporarily relieve some of the stress on the seams. You’re worrying for no reason.
