I recently (1-2 weeks ago) glued several euphyllia to some branch rock to create a "euphyllia tree".

Everything puffed back up within a couple of days expect for one hammer. It is almost completely shrunken into its skeleton. I haven't noticed any obvious damage or infection on the polyps.

Is there anything to be done to aid in recovery, or is it just wait and hope that it gets better?

Here's a pic of what it looked like prior, the purple/pink hammer front and center.

And here is the tree about an hour after gluing everything up. Everything in the picture is obviously stressed, but has since returned to normal, except for the one hammer. I'll get a current pic when I get home.

It will not extend to feed. I'm 99.9% sure it is a goner. Thanks though. I'll post if it somehow pulls through.
