Struggling Urchin

I bought this Urchin 5 days ago. He seemed to be doing really well, going through my coralline algae until today.

I’m guessing he might have ingested the Interceptor that I used to treat black bugs 3 months ago? Some of the coralline algae started to bubble off in the back.

Any recommendations for some emergency treatment? Today and before pics below. He’s actually perked up slightly this afternoon from morning.

Give the man his nori ! Lol I would stick a piece of nori on the urchin , other than that let it be
