Struggling with a few LPS

Hey everyone, hope quarantine is going well for you guys.

So I've had these corals for 5mo-over a year but they started bleaching and i've been trying to save them. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated

-The red/green Favia I've had for over a year. It was always a slow grower compared to my other corals. Started growing and then looked like it was dying and then started growing again. After changing tanks it seemed to be doing well but now its been dying again. I always had it towards the bottom of the tank (250 gallons) Atm its on a rack closer to the top but not under direct light.

Jacko-lantern I had in the middle of my tank but that started dying as well. This is about 5-6 months old. It did a few months after I first got it, cause I do remember attempting to frag it and it started encrusting the rock it was on. But most of the coral started bleaching so I removed it and put it on the rack to observe more and feed it more regularly with the hopes that may help.

The last 2 corals, I honestly can't recall the names, but the red one has a whitish color on it. I have it at the bottom of my tank it gets a little light but a little shade as well. Not sure what the white stuff is. And the green coral I want to say it's also a leptoseris but that was at the bottom for a few months and the top didn't seem to help. It currently looks like its doing much better. I'm still unsure if the white is new growth or bleach.

What your lighting setup (lights, schedule, PAR if you've tested)? Not sure what that white stuff is either, I'm gonna look and see if I find anything that's similar.

hard to give ya some sound information without understanding the two major factors, light and water.
Can you describe your lighting, what the current parameters are, how long have they been stable, total time tank has been running.
In addition, describe flow in your tank.

Sorry I knew I forgot to write something ‍♂‍♂

245 Gallons Tank, about 2 years old. I've had it for 9 months. I added the corals/fish from my 75 into this. (After keeping it fallow and QT-ing all fish)

Lighting: I haven't checked the PAR before. But I use 3 SB 16inch reef lights, with 2-80W t5s( One is Blue and one is Coral plus). Blue lights are on from 10am-10pm. White/t5s: Noon-8pm

Flow: I have 2 Jebao RW-20 wavemakers at opposite ends of the tank

Parameters:
Temp: 78
Salinity: 1.025
Nitrates: 20ppm
Calcium: 460
Phosphates: 0.25 ppm
