Stubby Critter

My nano tank is about 1.5 years old, and this is my first time seeing this critter. Apologies for the poor photo, but I only had a second to snap the shot before it crawled under a rock; hopefully it's good enough for identification because I suspect it will pretty much stay hidden. It doesn't appear to have any bristles, so I'm thinking fireworm and bristle worm are out...
