Stuck cycle?

this is for my friends tank. But he’s cycling his new system with dr tim, he was following the sheet, and he added excessive ammonia, he did almost 100% water changes, and hes still reading pretty high. Now its normal but before it was higher than this. But hes stuck, his levels not changing. What the next step should be?

That is a 0 for ammonia. The tank is fine. Nitrite is slower to be processed anyways.

Need more information but he’s not stuck just wait a couple days do another large waterchange and good to go
