Stuff growing on corals.

Can anyone tell me what these things are. They look like white worms growing out of the side of two of my corals. I’m pretty new to this,so not sure if this is normal.

Pineapple sponges, they are harmless filter feeders and welcome in most tanks.

I wouldn't say cut it out of your routine. I just order more. Just think of it as food for filter feeders. I think it is a good soak but much more sparingly than what most might think. Just like ReefRoids a small amount goes a LONG way.

You could always remove the ones you can easily see / get to

Pineapple sponges tend to pop up in newer tanks and go away after the tank has matured more. But they are totally harmless.
