stuff settling in crevice of chalice

ok so i’m this isn’t that big of a problem but what i’m noticing is that my chalice coral and how it’s growing i collects stuff in this one part of it but i can’t seem to clean it out even with my new tool for feeding and stuff the tool is a sea squirt i think it’s called it’s made my kent marine and it’s a little overboard for my tank but besides the point i can clean most of it but this little tiny crevice and i’ll post a pic should i just leave that part of will it harm the coral long term

I can't quite see what your referring to but it's always good to blow off your corals with a turkey baster or something. Even the clean ones!

here’s a little better picture of it and it looks like it been trying to grow over that spot for a while now my question is that if it dose succeed doing it will it harm the coral it’s the really dark brown spot
