Potassium nitrate is 61% nitrate.
If you dissolve 25 grams into 1 liter total volume of RO/DI water, that will have a concentration of 25 g x 1000 mg/g x 0.61/1L = 15,250 ppm
Adding 1 mL of that to 100 gallons of water volume will boost nitrate by 15,250 ppm x 1 mL /(3785 mL/gallon x 100 gallons) = 0.04 ppm
FWIW, a level teaspoon will weigh very roughly 5 grams.
