Thought I would share this tank that I came across. Even though it is freshwater, it is easily one of the most stunning aquariums I've ever seen. The dedication to the simplicity of design and execution is flawless. I think there are elements that could transfer to reef keeping. I'm going through a tank transfer and one of the things I wanted to change was to figure out a way to have a much lighter back panel, may give this back light a go. Enjoy.

That is Jeff Senske work Jeff is a master at hardscape. He learned under the master of all aquascaping Takashi Amano
Nature aquariums are way beyond "Freshwater" aquariums. It is a way of bring nature and the art of design into your home.

Thanks for the additional information. Really cool stuff. I think that tank is next level. Definitely is inspirational and some great design aesthestics worth taking note of. I'm certainly trying to bring nature and art of design into my home with my reef tank.

Pretty awesome that you are going to work with ADG for your new tank! You will have to share.

George farmer is a talented
Aquascaper himself.

Anyway, I can appreciate freshwater, I have a 55g amazon tank, but the nicest fresh simply can't compete with a nice reef imo.

I am looking foward to getting some wild type angels for my 55 though...

but not as much as the frag swap at the end of the month.

This tank is bananas

Here is the ADG store in Huston
They do reefs too.

Planted tanks to me is like doing Bonsai is you can work with plants in ways that would kill corals. An you can create plant layouts that that no reef tank will ever be able to achieve.

Amazing!
