Stupid Algae. Algae ID?

Hi Reef 2 Reef,
I am having some troubles with algae. Ever since I went on Vacation for 2 weeks, my tank has been a mess. Filled with algae and water changes just don't seem to be cutting it. Can you Identify this algae?

+1 To Dinos, do the dino test. I think you take a water sample with some of that algae in it, and dump it through a coffee filter into a glass. Let it settle for a few minutes, if the algae clumps back together it's for sure dinos. If it doesn't and the water just looks red or green/blue in color it could be cyano.

I would search on here how to get rid of it. It is more complicated than that. I would first do the test. I think I saw that test from @twilliard, or maybe it was @Diesel. Calling the [HASHTAG]#reefsquad[/HASHTAG] to help you.
