Hey guys.. I'm sure others have had this same issue. My new frag tank is 16 inches high, and I have a rack thats maybe 12 inches off the bottom. I'm having issues with hair algae I believe, I suspect because my CUC is having difficulty physically accessing the rack. Snails can get there just fine, but I'm suspecting the hermits, emeralds, and other CUC are having issues.

Anyone else experience this and have a solution? I'm thinking of maybe stacking up rocks below it to make a ladder of sorts lol.

How big (volume) is your frag tank?
How are you supplying it with salt water ? (AWC runoff or just weekly water changes of some percentage)
More curious than anything else

Are you supplementing alk/cal?
