Stupid question on frags

I'm getting back in the hobby after 15 years and never dealt much with frags, so this is probably a stupid question.

I've attached a pic of a Tri Color Lordhowensis frag I just bought. Seems to be doing fine, but...what next? Do I just wedge it into my rockwork and let him overgrow it?

I imagine so, it's just that in the past I've always bought larger corals already on good size rocks.

Feels a little silly asking but thanks for any help.

That’s exactly what you do. You can even use a little bit of coral glue on the underside of the frag to keep it in place.
