At home I have an upstairs tank and a downstairs tank. Both have wireless vortech pumps in them. When I trigger feed mode upstairs it also triggers feed mode downstairs. 40 feet away, are not, and never have been synced together. Only feed mode is effected, not the operation of the pump. Can I stop this? I've tried resetting it. Still does it.

You will need to do hard resets on both then dont progrsm to msster snd slave. Run them independently

Let me clarify. The downstairs tank has multiple pumps, synced together, and function properly together. The upstairs powerhead, recently purchased, has had a hard reset, but when I hit feed mode upstairs it triggers all the pumps downstairs 40 feet away. If I reset the downstairs boxes I'm not sure how that changes anything, except having to re sync the downstairs pumps together again.

Sounds like a good question for ETM's customer service. Call them.
I will. With the popularity of the pump, and assuming I'm not the only one with multiple tanks in the house I figured I was missing something simple.
