I thought it might be helpful to have a hashtag for GHL Profilux users so that if members have a question or a topic that would interest other GHL users, they can use the hashtag to alert others to those topics/questions.

All you need to so is click on the hashtag #ghlusers, and then select "watch tag" in order to receive alerts when it's used anywhere on the forum. :)

Here's a screenshot to help you see what should happen when subscribing (btw, I don't think you can do this through the app or tapatalk, so you'll need to use a browser on your computer or mobile device).

I just read everything on GHL across the whole web everyday.:) Just like I do with all the other aquarium topics. Been doing it since 1984.:)

Is there a wireless control option for this controller? Like a handheld or mountable control panel that's not physically wired to the main unit? Or is this done via iOS app etc? I have an in-wall tank with the fish room being inaccessible from the display and wanted to be able to perform simple tasks from the viewable side like turn on/off halides, mess with tank flow settings etc.

Profilux Touch Display (you need to run a PAB wire to the main unit or another PAB device somewehere in the chain) or your mobile device.

Nice! Can easily run a wire through the wall. Thanks.
I'm assuming the same control options are available on the main unit so I don't need two of the touch displays on either side of the wall to perform the same tasks?

Is the Profilux 4 capable of monitoring multiple tanks? If so, how many and at what distance? I have two tanks on the bottom floor of my house approx 20' apart(ones in the garage) and will be setting up a 50 gallon cube upstairs within the next year. Was hoping to eventually run probe wiring to all systems, if possible.

You can run a PAB cable out each area and use extension boxes with the cards you want to use on each tank.

The maximum distance between devices is 100 meters by cable.
