Substrate for Ref Sea 170

Hello,

Which substrate is recommended and at what amount for a Red Sea 170? I would like to keep a goby and pistol shrimp so whichever would be best to keep these guys safe and happy.

I use caribsea. Mainly cause that’s all that anyone sells around here. How much depends on how deep a sand bed you want. We use to say one pound/gallon but I prefer it a little deeper than that. There are calculators out there. Do a search.
