Well yall after a long weekend and an unhappy wife I completed a grueling tank move trading out my old tank for one slightly smaller but drilled. Here are a few pics of the progress for your enjoyment

unfortunately I lost 2 of my larger acro colonies (still have frags) and some other browned out a bit, but overall it was a success. Now I just need to sell off the second tank to make the wife happy. BTW house is still a disaster! oops

oh man, I look forward the day I can upgrade tanks but dread it at the same time.. lol

Man nice job looks great and everyone seems happy for the most part. cool i might have to get some pointers from you I have to move my 120 my 46 and my 29 three states away. I think I am going to use this as an excuse to upgrade and set up a tank in the new house before i get there. I bet I can make my girlfriend madder then your wife lol

I think my wife and your wife may be sisters (lol) Good luck with the new tank

Good job! now try to move the tank when you want the new one in the same spot as the old one :)

LOL,Indeed, that's what I'm looking forward to real soon. The new tank looks awesome, well stocked too! Now you just need a bigger one in the corner where the old one is.......jk

congratz on the new setup. my wife already hates me for my future project doing a 425g tank 60x60x30

That is exactly what I did! lol
I siphened all the water out and took out the rock while the new one was still on my truck then slid it across the floor and set the new one up in the same place the old one used to be

Looking good and congrats on the successful change over!

Congrats on finishing. It's tough work for sure, I moved my tank across town to a new apt. Took me 5 hours with 5 people. Then setup a holding tank for a week, while I set up the old tank. I only thought I hated moving moving before I was a reefer, now I really hate moving!

My girlfriend is a OR Nurse so i think all of ours are on the same page with clean freak LOL

Nice job on setting up the new tank definitly a lot of work. Was a lot of work when I had to move my fw planted tank, don't even want to think about what it is going to take to move my sw setup when it is time.
