Sudden explosion of copepods/Amphipods?

I've actually been away for a couple of days. And well. I came back today and wow. Tons all over the glass!

Has anyone ever felt when there are too many and it becomes unsightly you want to scrape them out lol.

It was fed phyto once in 48 hrs! I started to think the population was big enough to keep my firefish fed. Now I'm seeing why.

Their population will self regulate. Be glad that you have them. Good for the tank.

I don't think copepods, but munnid isopods.
