Sudden Little white bugs on glass

I went to bed last night as normals and checked my tank. Everything looked good. I woke up this morning and my tank is covered in these little bugs. I think they are copepods but I'm not 100%. Can anyone confirms this, my 2 clownfish look like they are picking them off the glass and eating them. Are they bad for the fish and coral. They are in my 20 gallon reef that is about 4 months old

Copepods - perfectly healthy! I wish I'd see them more in my display, but my wrasses snack on any of the unfortunate pods that come out of hiding.

Amphipods are just larger versions of copepods, all are signs that your tank is on track, perfectly harmless and very helpful
