Suddenly, my Eshopps PF-1200 overflow box has suddenly developed a problem...

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING with overflow boxes is enough flow to pull all the bubbles out from the tube.
Otherwise they eventually fail.

This probably explains why I have no issue with 1 tube.

My drain line has (2) 90 degree turns. I may try using (1) 45 degree for a more direct path to the sump.

I was also thinking about going with soft tubing on the drain lines to make the flow more smooth.
I have my HOB overflow plumbed with flex tubing. I also have a reverse durso in the sump. It cut down on the noise a lot.

I was looking at this barb for use with the box:

The bulkhead on the PF1200 is 1 inch. I don't want a barb fitting that will slip in, I want a barb that will screw on to the bulkhead. But I'm not sure what size.
