I prefer vinegar compared to vodka only based on the cost of dosing vodka can become costly .
I would dose manually daily and counteract the ph with opposite time of day kalk if needed .
If the vinegar dose is spread out over smaller doses it will help control oh swings
stay on top of testing nutrients as it will take a long time to colonize bacteria to consume the nutrients but it will soon drop fast and could bottom out nitrates
