Despite purchasing a skimmer, and doing some water changes, I'm still fighting with my nitrates and alkalinity levels.
I will contunue doing small water changes until this gets under control.

My brain coral is seriously stressed out. The crabs keep climbing all over it, so I've moved it in order to at least reduce that stress.

The clam things have been identified as wild scallops. I seem to have 2.
The candy cane coral and branching frogspawn are now doing much better.
