Suggestion on Skimmer & ATO

Fish load -
2 pink Anthias
1 Cleaner Wrasse
SM Scopas
SM Kole
MD Blue Hippo
1 Hawkfish
2 Peppermint shrimp (4 if my hawkfish didnt eat them)

I am currently using 2 Tidal 75s which do skim the top of the water so i should be fine for a bit however I want to increase my protein skimming.
Would the AquaMax HOB-1.5 HOB be good enough due to the tidals already skimming some?

Also I was wondering if I have to have and ATO with the skimmer & if so, which would work on a rimmed tank that keeps the float above the black rim? I tried the Tunze ATO but the magnet wouldn't keep the Float above the black rim.

Ice cap or reef octopus for skimmer. Bubble magnus also good
Ice cap or auto aqua for ATO

I was also looking at the reef octo skimmers, would the classic 1000 be good enough?
