Suggestions for a 40B macro/mangrove tank

Going to be making a mangrove and macro algae tank with the 40 breeder im going to be purchasing. Ill be adding my fuzzy dwarf,skeletor eel, and some sort of scorp. I plan to get a nice red mangrove seedling and let it grow out to fit my tank well but would like suggestions on some good show macro algae. Pics and suggestions are appreciated! thank you

dragons breath fire red macro is prob my fav, or blue ochtodes (sp?) im only going off the wonderful tanks that metrokat posts, check out her work with these macros.

Her's looks great but not all of what im looking for. Also would like suggestions on a substrate for this
