Suggestions for flow in 150 gallon sps tank?

Looking for flow solutions for a 150 gallon (5x2x2). Looking at sps dominant reef.

Would 4 Nero 5s adequate? 2 mounted in front of rockwork and 2 mounted behind?

What are your suggestions for flow in this size tank?

I’ll be using special grade sand, so mounting additional pumps at the bottom is not an option.

i like the flow from gyre pumps myself, i have two maxspect and a reefwave, all are excellent pumps and tons of random flow

I have the same size tank and have been playing around with flow I tried lower flow (4 mp40 2 on 75% and 2 on 40%) and my sps didn’t respond well. Now I am running two gyres one on each side of the tank both at 80% random and 4 mp40 on the back wall at 70-% reefcrest.
