Suggestions for MP40 settings

I have an IM INT 75 with two MP40s. Hoping to have a mixed reef, with mostly LPS. Any suggestions on what program to use and what settings? Is there a way to know the estimated flow rate for the speed I set it at?

Mobius will tell you GPH, I prefer reef crest and schedule it with random speeds throughout the day with anti sync

I didn’t notice that GPH in the top left. I have it set to reef crest, just east not sure what was the ideal mode. Thanks

Most people will probably tell you to use the reef crest setting anti sync. Its a great setting, I'm also a fan but run lagoon or tidal swell at night at a reduced flow rate. Mobius tells you your flow rate in the app. There's also a flow calculator on ecotech website that will help you target how much flow you're looking for! It should give you a good starting place.
