Suggestions/Ideas: First frag grow out tank

I am starting up a Deep Blue 80 rimless as my first frag grow out tank before the corals go in my display (building out a 265g).

I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share any tips/tricks they have learned for frag grow out.

I will be posting a build thread for this system in the near future.

That's what I got for my frag tank. It came with the stand, I really wish I would of made my own stand to be able to fit more things down there and for easier access.
I went with a pretty big refugium for macros and as much rock as I could it under the eggcrates for good bacteria to populate

That stand does not look like fun to work under...

luckily the tank isnt that big and a stand swap would be easy.

It's not lol, it's a pain, but I don't really need to do much down there other than change filter socks.
