So I have tried the powerhead and putting ice on it. Is there anything else?

Is it deep in the rock? If not you may just have to rub the part of the foot where it is attached, very delicately and smoothly for about 10-15 mins. I had a stubborn bubble tip that I had to do this for.

Yeah Im unable to do that its too deep

I have the best luck with just getting a fingernail under the edge of the foot ( GENTLY!) and then just working it off little by little.. running around the edges first, then rubbing the foot off gently with fingertip. If the foot is not accessible then I employ the "hang that sucker upside down" method.. do it out of water , over a bowl or bucket..it takes a while, but they then stretch and will release eventually. I like to squirt water over the rock once in a while to let it run down off the nem to keep it moist. Good luck! .. Worst case scenario.. take a chisel and hammer to it's rock and break it off if possible. ..only had to do that once out of 25 removals though, since I was in a hurry! :)

I had one that was deep in a piece of liverock and I could not get him out. I finally ended up taking a hammer to the rock and then scrapped him out with a knife. A week later I have baby bubble tips popping up everywhere from my messy job.

You could attempt to do what mr. saltwater tank did and hang the rock upside down over the tank or a bucket. Or break the rock, away from the Anemone so it does not split the foot, or move the rock entirely if possible.
