So we went and bought a bunch of bookcases to run down a wall and re arrange our family room. I'm tearing down my 65 set up and downgrading to a 35g waterbox. We moved some stuff around any opinions or if you like one set up let me know. Only the stand is in the pics

2 and 5 look the best to me. Having the tank or piano pushed in to the right corner look a bit off.

Yea im thinking when I do the height extension I'm going to run it across the top in the 5th picture. I was trying to set up the tank on one of the other 2 walls but wife wants to use them for something. She told me to get rid.of the tank lol,... she's crazy right? I have 5 other tanks though...... but none on the first floor

I like the tank in the middle and the piano in the middle. It's a 14x 14 room but that dang piano takes up that half wall and cramps up the bookcases. That's the only reason I didn't like the first pic.

Pianos don't like reef tanks (increased humidity).

I like 2 and 3. However, 2 you can see it coming into the room instead of needing to turn around. My vote is #2.

I personally like set up #4 but with set-up #1 you would probably get less ambient light from the window.
