Hi Reefers.
I've had anemones twice before in my marine tanks, but I've never had these issues before! This guy has twice now (in the span of a month) gotten himself into bad situations. First getting some of his tentacles sucked into my circulation pump, and today venturing too close to where the water exits to the downpipe.
I've as carefully as possible freed it from the slits, attached some images, any opinions on whether or not it'll pull out of this one? I'd imagine it's a goner.
But if I get another one, are there any strategies to avoid the Anemone getting into these situations? Or is this just bad luck.
Cheers
