Mine don’t hang out anywhere in particular unless it’s bed time. Then all 4 of em lay down in a corner together on the sand. Kinda awesome

Also, clownfish in aquariums are weird. They will literally host with anything, or even nothing at all.
Plenty of users on here have clowns that host torch corals, frogspawn coral, elegance corals, powerheads. Bunch of randomness.
I had a couple long tentacle and my lightning clown wouldn’t go near them I tried everything, the tube over the anemone followed by a pitcher of water to try and force him into it I even played videos on you tube all night of clowns in anemones. Nothing, then my buddy was getting rid of his tank so along with all his corals he had a rose bubble tip and the second I placed it in my tank he was on it and inseparable from it and from then on would go from the bubble to the long tentacle and back. Weird! I’ve also heard that captive bred clownfish don’t have the instinct to go into the anemones. Whether or not that’s true it seems strange that it took the bubble tip to get him goingI have 2 Picasso Clown Fish (Amphiprion Percula I think). If I want to get an anemone for them, should I be looking for anything in particula? Are there any that are easier to keep that others?
Mine would not have anything to do with BTAs for years. Recently started liking the torch coral. Go figure.I have 2 Picasso Clown Fish (Amphiprion Percula I think). I recommend against using LTAs as host anemones, they don't handle it well and often die after a few months of hosting.
be aware bubble tips like to be on the move whenever anything changes slightly. even changing the powerhead slightly up or down could cause in the anemone walking around the tank. i love my rbts to death but they are a pain lol. my seabae anemone likes to stay in one place and my clowns love itI have 2 Picasso Clown Fish (Amphiprion Percula I think).
