Sulfur Denitrator drop rate

Hi, guys
I run a Korallin sulfur biodenitrator in my reef tank for 6 weeks and something more. The nitrates in tank was 16 measured with red sea test. The outlet of the reactor had 0 nitrates from the second week of use. The drop rate that i had adjust is 1 drop per second. But the nitrates at my tank remains 16 at all of this time. It s the drop rate faulse or the reactor didn t work???

Increase drop rate you are getting 0 on effluent.

2 drops per second is ok???

You can drop more you adjust the efluent drip rate until it starts to register some nitrates out then you dial it back.
