Good morning reefers! I’m after a bit of advice for about 3-4 weeks now my Duncan’s haven’t opened.....
I’ve had a slight nitrate issue witch is now under control, it was about 40ppm I was new to reef roids and probably over fed! Dosing with nopox to recommended level and there now between 10-15 ppm, the only other thing that has happened is I’ve changed slat from Red Sea coral pro, to just the normal blue bucket one, ( coral pro was taking my alk too high for my liking with not much coral in there )
My levels as of yesterday are:
Salinaty 1.025
Po4 0.04
No3 10-15
Alk 8.4
Mg 1440
Ca 480 - I know this is slightly too high!
ph 8.2
The only thing I can think of is where it is, been open and happy in that position since I rescaped, mid and low to mid flow,
My hair is coming out with this one! Thought I would add that I have a hammer sulking too,
And I’ve just learnt I have digitate hyroids too but none near any of the coral?

Looks like a goner to me. :(
I see really bright white sand in the background, is this a new tank? LPS generally need tanks with some age to them. What kind of PAR is it getting in that spot? Duncans usually are kept in the bottom areas of the tank.
